Hi! I’m Meryl.

I’m a solopreneur, personal trainer, and virtual fitness coach passionate about bringing you health and fitness in the most efficient way possible. 

Love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life! 

I wasn’t always in fitness! Actually, it wasn’t at all what I went to school for. After graduating with a marketing degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, I worked for ten years in sales and marketing. After having my first child, and fueled by a passion that fitness is the most important thing you can do for yourself and your loved ones, I went on a mission to build a career in fitness. I received my personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise and started working in the gym. After having my second child, I started with him in tow by helping moms get back into shape after having babies. The “boot camp baby” program was a huge success and led to the birth of my 3rd “baby”, just feel it fitness! 

Just feel it fitness is fueled by passion! I LOVE what I do. I LOVE the people I have met and have had the opportunity to train over the years. And I really LOVE when my clients fall in love with fitness too. The programs I’ve offered have evolved over the years. I’ve run indoor and outdoor bootcamps, brought fitness into companies offering their employees workouts, and thrive at in-home personal training. My super power is understanding what your body needs in order to feel its’ best during your training session.
