Just a set of light weights, and a set of medium to heavy weights. I suggest starting with a set of 5 and 10 pound dumbbells.

WhatsApp Support Group

Participants are encouraged to do daily check-ins after completing their workouts. Accountability = Results! You will receive the focus, quality, and encouragement you’d expect from your trainer and your teammates! 

Personalized Tips

When we train LIVE, I see you on my big screen and am able to offer you form tips and modifications to ensure the workouts are working for you. Because of the attention I pay to each of my clients, there are limited spots.

FAQs

I don’t have a lot of space in my home to exercise. Is this a problem?

Absolutely not! You just need enough space to roll out a mat and you’ll be amazed at the kind of workout you can do!

What equipment do I need?

You need a set of light weights, and a set of medium to heavy weights. I suggest starting with a set of 5 and 10 pound dumbbells. Resistance bands are provided when you sign up.

What time are the LIVE workouts?

Monday at 9:30AM EST, Tuesday at Noon EST, Wednesday at 9:30AM EST, Thursday at Noon EST

What if I can’t make it to the LIVE Zoom?

If you can’t join us LIVE, you can access the replay.

Do I have to turn my camera on during the Zoom?

You do not have to turn your camera on. But the benefit of you having your camera on is that I can see you and I can offer you form/modification tips. 

What if I am a beginner?

We all start somewhere! I am constantly offering options and modifications to help you start and succeed with your fitness goals.
