FAQs

Do you only work with women?

Actually, no! My client base is about 50% men, 50% women.

What type of workouts do you offer?

I build a solid fitness foundation with my clients. We cover it all! We build strength using your own body weight at first, and then progress to using weights. We work on improving your cardiovascular endurance with interval training. We work on mobility and most importantly I teach you how to move your body with proper form.

Do I need to have equipment?

We will start out using only your bodyweight and resistance bands that I bring to your session. When it’s time to add more weights or equipment, I will let you know.

I don’t have much space in my house to train, how does this work?

Believe me, you don’t need a lot of space or a lot of equipment to accomplish a great workout! If you have enough space to roll out a yoga mat, we’re good!

My schedule is constantly changing and some weeks I will have to travel, can we work around this?

I respect you, you respect me! If changes are made less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment I do request the payment for the hour. Let me know in advance and I’ll fit you in at another time that works!
